Marechal Deodoro City
The first capital of the state of Alagoas, it bears the name of the first President of the Republic of Brazil. Situated on the edge of the lagoon, it boasts beautiful churches and a museum with fantastic works of art. It is known as the birthplace of Alagoas musicians. It's worth a visit.
